PRODUCTS AND PRICES

BUYER RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY

The Client or User may partially or totally cancel the order provided that the merchandise has not been made available to the carrier for shipment.

In the event that the merchandise has been sent to the Customer, he or she will have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product.

The client must notify SANCHIS SALCEDO by any means permitted by law, of his intention to exercise his right to terminate the contract.

The returned order, within the established period of 14 days, must be delivered together with the delivery note and the invoice issued by SANCHIS SALCEDO, bearing the return costs.

When the buyer exercises his right to cancel or withdraw, SANCHIS SALCEDO will return the sums paid as quickly as possible in the same way as they were paid, deducting the costs incurred by transport.

After the period of the right of withdrawal has elapsed without exercising it, you may exercise actions for nullity or termination of the contract when appropriate according to law.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Client or User guarantees and undertakes that all information provided to SANCHIS SALCEDO is true and up to date. The Client or User undertakes to accept all of these General Terms and Conditions of Contract, as well as the PRIVACY POLICY published on this website. The Company also undertakes to facilitate delivery of the requested order by providing an address where delivery of the product can be made during normal merchandise delivery hours (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 16:30 to 19:30).

WARRANTIES
It is understood that the product sold through www.sanchissalcedo.com complies with what was contracted by the client when it complies with the requirements set forth in the Law on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, which provides that the products will comply with what was contracted when:

a) They conform to the description made by the seller and possess the qualities of the goods that the seller has presented to the consumer in the form of a sample or model.
b) They are suitable for the uses to which goods of the same type are ordinarily intended.
c) They are suitable for any special use required by the consumer when he has informed the seller at the time of entering into the contract, provided that the latter has admitted that the goods are suitable for such use.
(d) They present the quality and performance that are customary for goods of the same type and which the consumer may reasonably expect, having regard to the nature of the goods and, where appropriate, to public statements concerning the specific characteristics of the goods made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or on the labelling. The seller shall not be bound by such public statements if he proves that he was unaware and could not reasonably have been expected to be aware of the statement in question, that the statement had been corrected at the time of the conclusion of the contract or that the statement could not have influenced his decision to purchase the consumer good.

SANCHIS SALCEDO will be liable to the Customer for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the goods. The consumer is granted the right to repair the goods, to replace them, to reduce the price or to terminate the contract. The consumer may choose between repairing or replacing the goods as long as this is not impossible or disproportionate. Any form of repair that imposes costs on SANCHIS SALCEDO that, compared to another form of repair, are not reasonable, taking into account the value that the goods would have if there were no lack of conformity, will be considered disproportionate. When an order is sent to its destination, a numbered delivery note will be generated, which the Customer must collect with the order and ensure that it matches their order number and the merchandise that is included in the order and is delivered to them. Signing this delivery note implies the waiver of any claim regarding lost merchandise or merchandise delivered in poor condition.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

Transactions carried out through www.sanchissalcedo.com shall be governed by the Spanish laws applicable to the matter. For any doubt or divergence that may arise in relation to the interpretation, compliance or eventual non-compliance of what is agreed in this document, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia capital (SPAIN), also expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
