Cost
Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands): free shipping for orders equal to or greater than €60. For orders under €60, shipping costs are €5.99.
Rest of the world: between €14.99 - €24.99.
Time
The average delivery time in Spain and Portugal is 4-5 WORKING DAYS from payment confirmation. These times may vary depending on the region and stock availability (see table for more details on delivery times).
Items available in stock are shipped within 24-48 hours. This period includes any possible cases where modifications to the products such as engravings or silkscreens are required.
If you require urgent shipping, please indicate this in the "Notes" section when completing the payment or contact us before making the purchase and we will gladly prioritize your shipment at no additional cost.

Shipments are generally made with GLS & UPS. If you wish to specify any details regarding delivery, you can do so in the notes section when confirming your purchase or later via email to contacto@sanchissalcedo.com indicating the order reference.
SANCHIS SALCEDO is not responsible for failure to meet delivery deadlines due to reasons beyond our company's control. Upon receipt of the order, the customer must check and record in the carrier's comments section any incident or damage to the goods received or their packaging and notify SANCHIS SALCEDO of the incident within 24 hours. In this way, the insurance can be made effective to resolve such incidents. Likewise, by signing the delivery note, you agree to the delivery made, renouncing any claim or complaint regarding the product/s purchased and received. These conditions are necessary for SANCHIS SALCEDO to assume responsibility for the goods. SANCHIS SALCEDO reserves the right to recover ownership of the items in the event of non-payment.
RETURNS-EXCHANGES
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to make your return.
The full refund amount will be made through the same payment method used to make the purchase.
To make a change or return it is necessary to do so with the original and intact packaging and labeling, packaged and protected appropriately, requesting it in advance by email to contacto@sanchissalcedo.com and sending it to the following address:

Products that have been damaged or broken due to customer negligence will not be accepted. Engraved or silk-screened items cannot be exchanged.
The cost of shipping and return will be borne by the customer, unless the item has a manufacturing or engraving/screen printing defect. In this case, the costs will be borne by Sanchis Salcedo.
In any case, these exchange-return conditions are exclusive for online sales and are not valid for direct purchases in stores.
